Date: Wed, 7 Sep 1994 13:50:48 +0200 (MET DST) From: berts I think it might be a good idea to make a distinction between the (re-)emerged states on the territory of former Yugoslavia (Slovenia, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro, Bosnia-Hercegowina). I can imagine that Slovenia may be furthest in liberalising their laws, Croatia (a more catholic nation) will probably lag behind. I guess the situation would be worse in Serbia, which is still more or less ruled by the former dictatorship. There is some information in Spartacus on this: Slovenia ago of consent 14 (for all) Croatia 18 (gays), 14 (straights) Bosnia Male homosexuality is prohibited, no mention of lesbian sex. Serbia Gay sex is forbidden Montenegro 14 Macedonia gay sex is forbidden Source: Spartacus guide '94-'95 Anyone from (former) Yugoslavia with more info??
